I need a custom java script

Here is the deal

Imagine this.

I am going to send an e-greeting card to people from my website. Here is how it works

A website visitor would pick (ideally more than one person) from my categories of recognizable people (who I know the email address of and have on file):

For Example, here are 3 categories

Doctors

Lawyers

Hookers

My doctors are

Dr Smith, Dr Kildare, Dr Seuss

My Lawyers are

Perry Mason, Johnny Cockran, Judge Judy

My Hookers are

Anita Dick, Ivan Humpalot, Heidi Fleis

I want to arrange them in Horizontal dropdown menus (ultimately I will have 8 categories with 10-15 people per category.)

Here is how it will work: the visitor comes on the site and for $1 can select 1 person to send an email card to. For $3 they can send 3 cards, etc.

So what I want is for a site visitor to come to my site. Pay me a $1 per e-card, submit and pay for the order. And at the moment they pay for the order, the multiple emails are sent to the people they selected.

So then, when selected, and order from my site, Dr. Kildare (on my list above) will get a custom email message (ie Dear Dr. Kidar (the rest of it can be a form letter type email.) I also want the recipient of the email to receive something they could print out, sort of a certificate. This could be a separate attachment or included in the body of the email as html (I can design this based you telling me what is the best type of file to use, jpg. Html, etc.).

I just need the basic layout of the script that will work with 2-3 email address in 2-3 categories above. As I said I will eventually have 8 catigories and 10-15 people per category, but I can make the adjustments to modify your script to add them (The only way I see paying someone to do that extra work is if you are overseas (in Romania , Indonesia, etc) thus having very competitive prices, or are very “will script for food”

One catch, the site user will have the option to add their own person to send my e card to, by adding their name and email address in a form.

The only other real question is when the emails are sent. I have a shopping cart program that could activate it (this guy uses the same shopping cart as me: http://www.accstudios.com/f/accorder.htm) I am not exactly sure how that would work.

Regarding payment, I have read and understand the recommendations by the site moderators regarding I will pay x dollars for this service, or I will pay x dollars per hour. If I shoot a price now it would be a low ball price and I don’t want to do that. Because the problem is I have no idea how long this bit of programming would take to make an hourly or job offer. And a pro can work 3 times faster than someone that scripts for fun. Also, programmers in other country’s can work much cheaper than the guys in the USA. So until I get an idea of how long the script and if your overseas (and are potentially offering a lower rate). I am uncomfortable insulting anyone with what might be a low-ball offer. I will pay any fair price for the task. What I need done should be very simple for someone that knows what he is doing.
