I need a homepage for my site. www.centralroomies.com I want to have move than just an intro page like it is now. I will need room for extras and advertisements.
So basically I am in need of someone to take my SMF forum template (have the stylesheet for the template) and change it into a very neat and clean html/css homepage. I have created a .jpg image of what it should look like. I have all the images. Just need someone to sort through it and make a style sheet and html page that looks like this.
My question is I have no idea how much I should pay for this to be done? Any ideas? I didn't want to post in the hiring section till I know what i should pay for this to be done.
In the gray box I would like to have text and pictures of news, that slowly fades into another news story or announcement.
In the top menu I would like to have a mouseover effect that fits the theme well.
Ignore the bottom footer----Technology and some of the other small errors--I just edited it real fast and didn't clean it up.
