I need a 994X43px png logo for an upcoming heavy music site.

Width: 994 pixels, height: 43pixels.

The site will promote heavy bands from 16 countries and in that connection I have 16 small country flags in gif format (32x20), which I would like to be a part of the logo. That's not an absolute demand though, it gotta look cool!

Theme for the logo is ice, frost and coldness. As the site will focus on metal bands from Northern Europe (cold north, Scandinavia...).

"Arctic" is a good catchword for the logo. The site name must be dominant in the logo and preferably displayed with an "arctic" font. Having the letters covered with ice crystals would be awesome. Theme colours: variants of blue, white....maybe fire?

Also a couple of metal symbols should be included in a creative manner. Metal symbols: skull, the reaper, barbed wire etc.

I would like to get the hex codes used for the colours as I will include them in the css design.
