(Anywhere) The Property Hut is looking for a skilled PHP5/MySQL developer who has experience in OOP and the Smarty Templating Engine.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years development experience.

This is what the project comprises of:

*90% of the user-facing pages are finished

*reliable framework (DBAL, mailer, etc) to build on.

We have been heavily focussed in the media and throughout our launch the developer who undertakes this job will most likely be interviewed by various press agencies.

We want a candidate who has the potential to stay on as a full time employee, even though at this current moment our budget does not allow it, once our company launches and is creating cash flow we will be looking for a full time lead developer.
